Open Pan Bhatthi is large scale sulphitation sugar processing technology which is used for the production of whim crystal sugar. It is designed for the processing of 100 to 500 tonnes of sugar cane per day which results in the yielding of about 50 to 80 Kilograms of sugar per tonne of cane. High grade of mild steel which is mixed with alloy materials is used for the fabrication of this Open Pan Bhatti which imparts greater tensile strength and enhances the mechanical and thermal properties to make the product capable to withstand high temperatures for a longer period of time.
